Belstar Cuvee Rose

Belstar Cuvee Rose comes from Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon grapes, the vineyards are on a hill that is exposed mainly to the south ensuring a well-balanced wine rich in flavor and personality. The grapes are manually harvested and taken to the cellar for a short maceration to extract the color and the typical fruity aromas of the product. The fermentation of the must takes place at temperatures of 16-17°C in steel and the second fermentation takes place in the autoclave after the addition of yeast and sugar to sparkling wine bases. The second fermentation in autoclave takes about 15-20 days and then the Belstar Cuvee Rose is bottled in isobaric conditions and after a month is released on the market.
