Bortolomiol winery is one of the most important Prosecco di Valdobbiadene producers in the world. Were found some documents from early '700 evidencing the existence of a man called Bartolomeo Bortolomiol who cultivated the vine on the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene and produced an appreciated wine. Giuliano Bortolomiol was the founderof Bortolomiol winery that in a few years became one of the most important wineries in the panorama of sparkling wines, both Venetian and Italian. Today Bortolomiol winery is led by Giuliano daughters: Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa and Giuliana who continued the great work of the father but with greater sensitivity towards sustainable agriculture and respect towards the environment. Today Bortolomiol winery manages approximately 500 hectares of vineyards on the hills of Valdobbiadene and produces about 2.2 million bottles of Prosecco in various types, very famous is the Bandarossa Valdobbiadene Prosecco or the Senior Prosecco Brut.
